Welcome to ft! This is definitely the place to help you replace your NordicTrak. Sign up for an ft mass program and in 8 or 12 weeks, you'll see a pretty good transformation!

Good luck!

I have just joined a gym for the first time and would like to know where to began. I've gained alot of weight over the past few years and ready to get rid of it. I don't to be as small as I was back then but, I do have an image of what I want to look like. I am 5'4 and a 180lbs. Although, alot of people don't believe it when I tell them. They usually say there is no way I weigh that much. I know better and would like help to lose and tone Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to anyone that can help.

First step, fill out a profile... secondly, pick an exercise routine, thirdly, watch what you eat... that is likely the most important thing.. diet is a huge key to your fitness success.. don't drink as much pop, get rid of the potato chips, drink lots of water and look up the Grocery List for a body builder... it won't turn you into one (unless you want it to) but it'll help you on your journey...

Oh... and welcome to FT!
