Hi, I just joined FREETRAINERS, and am looking for a few pointers to refine by bod. I'm 28 and in good shape, but my body is prone to baloon up if I lift heavy. I'm looking to define with out bulking up. I'd like some tips to define my chest and abs without adding bulk.
