Hi....I'm new & am really wanting to give this a try....I gained a lot of weight on anti-convulsant meds....& I do mean a lot! lol.....I had no metabolism while on them (10 years).....& to make matters worse they gave a real craving for sweets.....the weight seems to be so hard to take off... & a big part of that is I don't stick with it....the last time I tried I did well....lost 50 lbs......not near enough though.....I need help through it.....maybe this is the answer...dunno just yet....but it's worth a try....hello to all & hope to hear some feedback & maybe helpful encouragment.....Thanx....

Hi Lisa, great to have a nurse with us!!!!

Just follow a FT exercise program (and eat healthy!) You'll build up a little lean muscle mass and that will wake up your metabolism. Good luck to you!!

Hello, Lisa. It is very hard to start off, but once you start, it gets a lot easier. You have to want it for yourself and find your own motivation. This site is great for motivation and advice.
