I'm 200 pounds and 6 ft tall, but only 14 years old. I want to take up body building, am I too young? Or does my size make it alright? I have access to free weights and machines.
Hey Razuel, Noce to have you here. IMO I think as long as you do not get into heavy compound movements for a couple of years and just focus on a toning, basic workout, you will be fine. You may be OK either way, most likely, but I would ask a physician or wait and hear what some of the cerified folks at this site have to say.
