is all the personal programs have it so you fill the pounds by yourself? How am i suppose to know what pounds to use, i thought it was suppose to help you gain strength, thats just like me doing my regular program. is there any programs that give you fixed weights?
Nope, no fixed weights. What may work for you in weights may not work for someone else. However, you do have number of reps. Use weights that you can lift for the number of recommended reps. As the number of reps decrease, increase the weight.
Your strength should increase progressively each time you pick up the weights.
