HELLO FROM OLDDAWG - NEW TO SITE, BUT HAVE QUESTION RE: CALORIE INTAKE/RATIO PROTEIN TO CARBS. ONSITE DIET HAS PROVIDED ME WITH 3500+ CAL DAILY WITH 500+ CARBS. I HAVE BEEN ON A HIGH PROTEIN/LOW CARB DIET AND HAVE LOST 50LBS IN PAST 3 MOS. BY DIET AND WORKOUTS. I AM A TYPE 2 DIABETIC AND MUST KEEP AN EYE ON CARB CONSUMPTION. WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK FROM OTHERS RE: ISSUE - THANX
