I signed up with freetrainers last week. I'm 48 and have my own well-equipped home gym; have just commenced my Gain Muscle Mass Training program (3 days/week). I am super-impressed with the site & the service I have received so far; the community here is terrific! You are all so helpful - I have been wading through some of the posts and could not help but notice the positive, supportive atmosphere. Excellent!! I am very proud to be a part of this community and hope to contribute in some way. My profile is up and running but unfortunately I had problems trying to upload my pic. My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle and I am very confident that being a member of ft.com will prove to be "the best thing since sliced bread". In the past I have been guilty of "routine hopping", maybe staying with one program for a few weeks and then I'm off on another. I was so frustrated with this practice and could never figure out why I was doing it! Perhaps searching for the "ideal" routine??? Not any more!! I've found my pot of gold ... looking forward to many productive workouts and finally achieving some goals. Bravo freetrainers!

Welcome to ft Gary! My feeling is mutual regarding the pot of gold here at ft. I always looked for quick fixes with shakes and diet plans, but i found the real thing here. This is a great community for which i tell everyone about. I am proud to be a member for sure. Glad you found us, and hope you stick around. Maybe you can teach us a few things as well. Good Luck with your goals.

Gidday mates!! Thanks for your warm welcome Philia2 - very much appreciated and ...
bb1fit (fellow old man) your well wishes were gratefully received - might I add that you look sensational (I do have some very lofty goals to achieve by my 50th and I know I can achieve them with the help of ft.com).
