Hi all! I have been looking everywhere for a site like this and I am VERY excited I have found it! I just quit smoking and started doing some light exercise, however, I wanted a more structured routine. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I am still trying to figure out the Nutritional/Diet area, but so far love the exercise routine. Have to get rid of the belly(like everyone else!), get the cardio going like it used to, and build some muscle mass. I have the motivation and would love to hear other people's similar experiences.

Welcome Igloo, this place is great! I've only been here a short time but have seen some improvement already. I think you'll be impressed with the knowledge and advice you can find here. Everyone seems real supportive and all-around nice.

I too have only recently joined ft.com and I am thrilled with the site as well. I have just complete week one of my program (Gain Muscle Mass/3 days per week) and I can honestly say I have not worked out so intensely for years! (And I love it!). I know I shall finally make progress towards my goals as I am sure you will. I was a former routine-hopper but that's all behind me ... I'm sticking with this one and am very confident I will see a new me in the months to come. Best of luck to you.
