Hi all. Even though I umpire baseball lots in summer, my winters have only bowling as my only exercise. I have a problem with excess fat around my mid-section and want to drop 20 - 30 lbs or so.

I found this site and hope that it's members can assist in keeping me motivated. Any help in diet regimen is most appreciated.
