hi all... new to the site... new to fitness... new to it all... I just signed up with free trainers... decided it was time to do something about my health... I have a lot of weight to lose... about 90 lbs... but I think I've just taken the first step...

Your right you have taken the first step. This is a great community with lots of people to help you along the way good luck, any question dont hesitate to ask or read some of the post or do a serch

You definitely have taken a positive step! 90 lbs. is attainable. My wife lost 93! She is into bodybuilding now. So there is some inspiration for you. She started in much the same way, finally found out the "fad" diets don't work or last, decided fitness and healthy eating habits was the way to go. Welcome, everyone is for you.
