not to sound TOO overly sensitive but yesterday was my rest day and one of my pets died. since my partner and i don't have kids(guys don't reproduce-but that could lead to other issues!!) so today i'm not feeling too motivated. any suggestions??!! ps-please don't call me a f*g i've heard it all before. see i told you i'm rather sensitive!!!
Hi cale, sorry to hear about your pet dying. I think working out will make you feel better, but I also think if you want to take a couple days to mourn you won't be hurting yourself or your goals.
I know how much are pets can mean to us. I would allow yourself the time you need to mourn and not worry too much about missing a workout. I find an intense cardio workout to help the blues.
Cale I know what its like to lose a pet I have had pets since my 1 st birthday, so I have lost a few along the way. Take time to mourn but dont dwell on it. You have to go on with life as it was, a missed workout wont hurt. My condolences
