Just wanted to say hi to everyone here on this site. I was lucky enough to stumble upon it last week. It's a great site and I love browsing through it for helpfull timbits of info. Lots of great stuff here.

I noticed that I've been posting lots of replies on the message boards. I hope I don't end up offending anyone by this. I tend to get pretty opinionated when it comes to bodybuilding. I try not to, but it's one of the few things that I actually really do enjoy and it's hard not to go on and on about it.

I'm just glad that I found a place to talk about and read about this sport with others that enjoy it too.

The one great thing about bodybuilding and training is... You're never really too old or too young to do some kind of training. I love seeing the older guys coming into the gym and working out with their kids ( I can't wait till my little guys get old enough to come and train with me).

Great site and look forward to enjoying some more!

Welcome!! Im a newbie here and I agree, I think its a great site.

Looking at your pictures, it seems like you know what your doing and congrats on your accomplishments.

My dad just bought a new house and he has a bedroom that isnt getting used. Im trying to talk him into turning it into a weight room so we can work out plus I think it would help us bond closer together. It might be working because yesterday we went to MC sporting goods and checked out their selection of equipment. Im starting to get excited!!

Don't worry about it. We all love talking about this stuff. I'm even thirteen, and for some reason I too, am obsessed with fitness and nutrition and other topics like that.
And I think it's cool that younger kids workout. (I mean ages 7-12. I think thirteen, (well I have a body of a seventeen year old) is an acceptable age to do regular weightlifting (high reps n low weights only) specifically for the use of muscular endurance in sports. This gernation has to many obese children. I am doing a report for a state-wide thing about exercise and nutrition specifically for children and how to improve it, benifits of children exercising, concerns and experiments hopefully. It's pretty cool.

Oh and by the way-WELCOME TO THE SITE!!!:) haha!

Welcome to the board...I too kind of stumbled across it a while back. It is great help for people trying to learn about how to get healthy. I know what you mean about being opinionated in this sport, I am too. Especially passionate about the supplement companies ripping people off. Welcome.
