Hi all, My name is Caroline and although I am not new to working out, as I am military,I have had a desk job for the past 2 years. Unfortunately my job has prevented me from my working out due to the problems around the world. I am now able to do it again but I am cautious as I don't want to hurt myself by just jumping in and doing what I used to in the past. I have no doubt I will reach my potential in the coming weeks as I have been in the service since 1983 however, I have to start from the beginning. I have gotten weaker in my upper arms and MUST regain the strength I had to enable me to do my job properly. My trade motto is "Servitium Nulli Secondus" which in english is "Service Second to None".I am motivated and hope I can reach my goal in as short a time as possible. So far I have finnished week 1 and about to begin week 2. Wish me luck!!! Good luck to all of you too!!!!

Respectfully from Canada,Caroline (God Bless North America)

Thank you so much for the encouragement! I have completed 2 weeks now and my excersises havn't changed. My arms are so weak that I have had to start doing push ups from the knee to get up to my reps I have to do. Pretty sad eh?
I'm getting there though. I think what I have to do is do them from the knee until I can do more reps then switch to from the toe. What does everyone think? Is that what I should do? And one more quaestion how come there isn't any progress charted for me yet? I send my reps to the data centre every time I work out and there isn't anything there. Do I have to input weight for it to work??
