Hello -- I was very excited when I found your website today. I am hoping to lose about 15 pounds -- get back into shape a bit. I'm also really interested in training a to be a triathlete -- does anyone out there do triathalons? If so, do you have any suggestions about training? I enjoyed reading some of your old messages. You seem like a very friendly and supportive group!
