just how long should i rest between my reps? i usually wait about a minute but not sure if that is toooo long...mark

Anywere from 30 -90 seconds. It depends on how heavy you are lifting the heavier you go the longer you rest. I once rested 3 mins after a set of deadlifts...I just could not get back up there. So listen to what you body tells you and see what works best. Try out using different times and see....good luck
