I'm just new and my name is Chris. I found this site and hope that it will help me in losing some weight and tighten some muscles. I'm 39 and would like to feel better and more in shape. If anyone has any good pointers I sure would like to hear from you. I feel like I'm about 60 and I'm not used to this so I have that for a kick in the butt I suppose. Chris
