I have tried numerous times to start a workout program, with varying results. I know it's just psychological to get my butt in the gym every morning but once I stop it's like falling off the train and it has taken off without me. I am looking for suggestions (heck I would even take a workout partner if anyone is interested) to stay motivated to get up each morning. I can't do it at night because I am either studying or taking care of my daughter.
