Well, i just got on this site and I love all the info! I am going to start to get back in shape. Let's see, I' m 24 from Michigan. Haven't worked out in a year since I tore up my knee. But now I need to strengthen and bulk up. I'm only 165lbs and want to try to reach 180 by christmas. Think it can be done?
Does anyone have any tips for someone just starting out? Anything you have would be greatly appreciated!
My advice would be to start out slow and don't rush into it. It will come and as for reaching 180 pounds by Christmas, I think it is very attainable. Just eat right and work out and you should be able to reach it.

Welcome Bryan, You should be able to reach your goal if you put the effort into it, sign up for an ft program and the nutrition resources here are very good as well. look under Specialized goals take a look at the progressive gains you will get some info there to start you off, any questions along the way just ask there are lots of people here with different interests in fitness to help you on your way good luck.
