I'm glad to become a part of an informative site such as this. It's rare to find a website promoting fitness that not only gives out good information, but free information. It seemed to me that every other site I went to was bent on picking my pocket, so to speak, so coming across a website that gives advice for free is something really special. It's also good to see that the community here is actively involved in helping one another achieve his or her own fitness goals. Mainly in the past, I've lifted weights to improve upon other skills, such as bulking up for baseball so I could hit the ball better, or for wrestling. Now though, in college, I'd like to increase my size a bit. I'm currently about 150 pounds, and I'd like to increase that to about 175 or 180 while maintaining a comparable level of body fat. On another note, I promise to post a picture in my profile whenever I get the chance.
