i just read ahead to the saturday exercise and the dumbell curl 21s confused me. do i do 7 reps halfway and then do 7 reps all the way? help me understand it so i can get it right. also i was wondering if my rep amounts will be increased. i've been increasing them all a bit anyways. which reminds me, which is better to increase the amount of reps but not increase amount of weight or increase the amount of weight but decrease the amount of reps. thanks
