I have a complete barbell/dumbell set and adjustable weight bench and that's it for my equipment. Is this enough to complete my program.I prefer working out at home.
Please advise.
Thanks.

If it's olympic, yes...but you'll need a way to do military press, and squat (though deadlifts can substitute). BO rows for back should be doable, as are both types of deadlift, multiple chest exercises, etc. Do upright rows/presses/shrugs for shoulders (for military presses I just use a chair and the back of my adjustable rack). Arms, calves, and forearms are possible if you get creative. You are good to go providing you have enough weight (and I think you should have an olympic set, but that's not absolutely mandatory).
I've been using a home gym (all freeweights) for a while now, and I will continue to do so with this workout. I bought my entire Olympic set - dumbells between 45 and 70 pounds as well as bar, weights, squat rack and adjustable bench, mats, and weight tree - for under 600 bucks at Dick's sporting goods.

I have much less equipment than that and have had no problems at all, when you are signing up for your program. You selected at home work out and marked what equipment you have availible to you, FT will creat your workout around those guide lines. Hope that helps & good luck

Thanks for your reply.
I realize ft created my program based around my equipment when I signed up.My question then is, "What is the alternative excercise for Wide Grip Chin To Chest?".
Because I don't have a horizontal bar to hang from.
The space and hight in my Apartment is limited .
Please advise.
