I got signed up and copied down my program but I have a question. Are you suppose to pause between sets? And what about between exercises? If so, then how long? I cant find that anywhere on here. E Mail me please at:

Welcome to ft.. great questions.

Yes you should pause between sets.. some people like to say 30 seconds to 60 seconds.. but I think this is too quickly and is not recommended. Try 60 seconds upto 5 minutes. It all depends on the exercise and repetitions. If you are doing very heavy squats for example you will need ample time to recover and prepare for the next set. I was suggest 90 seconds for most exercises.

For rest between exercises.. I would say the same as the amount between sets.

The key is to LISTEN to your body.. you want to challenge it yet do not want to overdo it and overtrain.

Good Luck
