Hey, Just wanted to say this is a great idea! Have a question for any fitness trainers, looking for some advice on great exercises to shrink the waiste line. My client works out at home and doesn't have access to the gym. She has a sensitive back as well. got any ideas?
Well, she cannot spot reduce. Most of the work should focus on the diet. From there, I would say crunches and reverse crunches are all you would need to "tone" the area.
