hi,
I started off great on the first week, then I had to travel lost track on exercise and diet and back to square one. I'm going to start over... Hope to stay motivated this time.

one question,
I'm 5 foot and 123 pounds... am trying to lose 20-25 pounds and since I'm short every extra inch shows up so easily. well, any case my question is at 23, is there any thing i can do to grow taller?

Unless someone places you on a medieval rack and stretches you (j/k), you only grow as tall as nature allows. You may continue to grow a bit, but I couldn't tell you how much.

Welcome back and keep the faith!

You're done growing. There's nothing wrong with being short, you'll reach your goals without the extra height.

Nope you cannot change genetics BUT you can work more on stretching all your muscles and this can give you a "fake" impression of being taller (and leaner).

Follow an FT routine, eat and sleep well and stretch away!!!

Good luck!
