I just wanted to post about the success I've had since I joined FT.
I started out at 213 lbs on July 1st. I decided to get back in shape and started mountain biking just to get back in the rythym of things. My diet was still really bad though, but still I managed to get down to 202 lbs at the beginning of September. That's when I dedided to add weight training to my routine. I did a search in google to find a program to get me started and found FT!
My diet is still terrible, but I have become pretty much addicted to weight trainning. I'm down to 187 lbs and am well on my way to reaching my goal.
Sorry to sound like a salesman, but I've gotten a lot of info off of this site and just wanted to say thanks to those that post frequently on the boards.

-------------- Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - -- Aristotle
