Welcome aboard Roxie. The real hard part is keeping your program going when things DO indeed get crazy. If you can continue to workout despite demands on your time, you'll always be successful. It's the best stress reliever around!

Good luck and have fun.

Hi Roxie,

when things get crazy again , just think of yourself in the gym and that will get you there!

Awww...thanks everyone! :-D I didn't expect to see this many responses! I've been keeping pretty regular of working out about 3 times a week even when things got hectic - but i"m so used to doing something 6 times a week (I did the Body For Life program) - that I feel like I'm slacking. And my eating habits have sucked (blame my birthday - I went out to eat 12 times last week. 12!!)...and we won't say how much I drank!

So - this weekend is my last "thing" - going to vegas...coming home on Monday...and then it's strict as hell. I do better with the all-or-nothing approach. I know some people don't like that...but it's what's worked for me in the past. Thanks for all the well wishes...and you will see me around!!
