go into the same exact place where you access them to print. Here is the breakdown.
my FY - Personal Info (located on yellow tool bar at top of page) click on ft exercise programs click on Your Exercise Program click I Agree Click View Week (the current one you are on) click specific day you are wishing to enter workout Page down to routine and enter workout in blank spaces below and click on the Submit button below when you are done.
