Hello all. I'm 38 yrs old. 6'0 and 265 lbs. Been working out since 15. Always loved it. The warm-ups and recovery time just take a little longer now than they used to. I'm in the process of trying to lose about 30 lbs of fat. And I HATE cardio. I started doing it for the first time ever about 3 mo ago. Does seem to be helping though. And for some reason my exercise program isn't showing up. I just signed last night. Will it be next Monday before it appears or did I do something wrong?

You're never too old to weight train or put on lean muscle mass and a little cardio is needed for your body and heart BUT it's the diet who'll determinate your weight loss.
