Hello all. I'm 38 yrs old. 6'0 and 265 lbs. Been working out since 15. Always loved it. The warm-ups and recovery time just take a little longer now than they used to. I'm in the process of trying to lose about 30 lbs of fat. And I HATE cardio. I started doing it for the first time ever about 3 mo ago. Does seem to be helping though.
And for some reason my exercise program isn't showing up. I just signed last night. Will it be next Monday before it appears or did I do something wrong?

you should be able to click on my excercises and then click view and the week will come up.

You're never too old to weight train or put on lean muscle mass and a little cardio is needed for your body and heart BUT it's the diet who'll determinate your weight loss.
