I recently lost about a hundred pounds. How can I get rid of all the excess skin and tone up???? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thand a lot. Bill.

Can't tell what your age is or how long you carried the extra weight. To a point, your skin has considerable elasticity and if you beef up your musculature, you'll fill in some of the excess. It'll take some time though.

From all that I've heard, it takes TIME and dilligence. The older you are, probably more time it takes due to loss of skin elascity(sp). :(

All depends how and how fast you lost the 100lbs.
If you lost it on dieting alone it will take some time to replace where the fat was with muscle. I would suggest getting a good tone up program going through ft and don't forget be patient. Congradulations on the wieght loss.
