Hey,
heard about this site, checked it out, seems good. I haven't started my program yet, but I do have a question. I recently lost a large amount of weight (about 25 pounds) in a relatively short amount of time (about 2 months). My problem is, now I have these loose rolls of skin around my stomach. I've been doing cardio (cross-training machine) and abs (Navy Seal flutter kicks) to lose it, but it's not working very well, especially around my lower abs. Anybody got any tips/advice? Also, I've been trying to eat a low fat/high carb diet, along with plenty of water. Any feedback will be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi american_male,

Check out prior posts. People here have had great results with the ab program.

What are you doing for protein? Are you lifting weights as well?

The rolls of skin could be loose skin that will tighten up with time or there is still more fat under there. Slow that weight loss down.

Fill out your profile and tell us a little more.

:) Melissa

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

You cannot spot reduce, that is impossible. Just keep up the good hard work and eat super clean. The loose stuff will go away. 25 lbs is a large amount and if you weren't training while losing that you lost alot of muscle. Once the muscle come back you will see yourself tighten up!
Good luck

To change it, or to create it, simply train it!
