i've posted the question before but no response. now i'm wondering what kind of "community" this is. last week, without looking, i did what i THOUGHT was my exercises for last week. as it turns out, it was the exercises for this week. now i'm doing the exercises this week that were meant for next week. if i'm being a drama queen, forgive me. up until i asked this question, i've felt very positive about this site...thanks again

Hey calebfl,
ok you did week 2 instead of week 1. So then you did week 1 this past week. Now you are back on track to do week 3.
If you are wondering if this will affect how your body responds, don't. The other factors such as diet, rest and hydration are just as important for optimal results.

Sorry your question was probably overlooked. Like Mandre says just continue and your program will continue to work for you. Don't worry about the order. Good Luck
