Welcome AMENAZAOMAR,

To gain mass you must eat. I see you only eat 2-3x a day. You need to eat 5-6x a day. You need to eat about 250-500 calories more than you expend.

Educate yourself about calories and a solid diet. BB1fit has put in ratios that will help you out.

:) Melissa

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

It doesn't matter if you changed around your exercise weeks. You did them! that is the most important thing. Just now that you know, get back on track. Everyone here will help you any time. Your question may hae been better in another section, such as beginners to weight training, or general advice. No one here will ignore you, you are in a great environment of freindly helpful people. Where else can you go and get help almost live 24 hrs. per day! Welcome, and keep up the great attitude toward training. Keep your progress going with regular posts, whether you need real help with diet and exercise,or motivational help. Either is available to you here.
