this is one of the BEST fitness sites on the 'net: you will find just about everything you may need to achieve your goals. if you dont, just ask! there is alot of experience in this community, as well as a great deal of support. and i would estimate that about 80-90% of FT's members use one of the many programs available here. so, fill out your profile and tell us a little about yourself.
most of all: welcome aboard!!

Michael is right. In fact, many of us have been lurking on this site for a year or two now. I found this site just as you did, and it is the best I've found. It sounds as if you have some experience with weight training so any advice you can give others is greatly appreciated.

pawelgm: This is THE place to be. Just make sure you check out all the nooks and crannies this site has to offer. There's something for everyone from the over 50 set looking to recapture their high-school fitness levels (like me) to the "side o' beef boys" with serious aspirations and advice. I suggests getting your workout started under the "personal fitness plan" sections, getting a nice three-ring binder for each exercise group, and never letting it leave your gym bag (except to use it). Mine's kept me on track for about 6 months and my gains are exactly right for me. Welcome about.
