I guess I should officially introduce myself as one of the newcomers...I started using this site about 3 weeks ago and I am currently in -well-week 3--Anyway I'm 5'3.5 170lbs and looking to tone and lose fat...It has been suggested that I change my daily targets (re: food) to 50p/35c/15f --to the point--is there any way we can manually adjust the nutrition tracker to reflect this???
