My fellow Juggalo's and Juggalette's, Greetings t all. My name is Sam and I joined FT a while back. Unfortunately, I went through computer changes so I had essentially stop before i got started. I've finally returned and what a better time to start getting my butt off the couch than the holidays? My only obstacle(albeit a small one) is my girlfriend. She doesn't seem too enthusiastic about the whole health benge and worse, she smokes. The best Idea I can come up with is to get myself neck deep in fitness and health and then, only then, can i justify a serious debate about her habits. If you assassins have any ideas or feedback, please let me know! I understand that happiness is also in the mirror of the beholder. So on that note, I leave you all to continue in my schemes.

Welcome Sam, the best way to motivate someone close is to show them, not order them. At least that is the lesson I have learned. If they see it, the will believe it.
