Hi everyone,
I've been reading through some of the posts by new members, and I'm quite impressed by some of the amazing stories that people have. I'm not sure my story is all that inspiring or whatnot, but I'm just glad I stumbled across such a great while surfing around the net. Anyway, I'm currently a law student at Ohio State, so I'm one of the severely "time pressured" people that some will say is just making excuses. Luckily, my football background has allowed me to keep in shape at around 205 lbs and 9% body fat, but I'd really like to get up to around 220 by the end of next year. I am currently a flyhalf on a local rugby team (new to that too), so I tend to emphasize explosiveness and speed in my workouts. After my exams and the holidays are over, I'll be starting the progressive gains program here on the site, and I'm pretty excited. Has anyone else used a progressive program to make noticeable gains?
