Welcome to ft. I would suggest you explore this site, go into the ft exercise area and ft nutrition area. Put in your co-ordinates and FT will provide you with a good quality exercise program. Depending where you will be training (gym or home) will make a difference for the type of equipment available to you. Don't forget diet is also a big key for enhancing your training. Good Luck

Protien, Carbs, fat, in that order being 1-2 grams per lb 2 grams per lb and fat at no more than 30% of your total calories. Its hard to get into detail here on a small post. Try adding a few meal replacements to get in the extra protiens and carbs. Also try and eat 5-6 times a day. The weights and cardio together will turn your body into a metabolic furnace and you will add muscle and lose the fat. Its hard to change the way we eat overnight. Don't feel bad if you go off the track, the next time you eat it will be better. I suggest you look in the diets and recipies area of the boards. Hope this helps
