I would like to say that the FREETRAINERS programm was awesome and I made great gains in mass and toning. However, I didn't seem to get much stronger, except in the calves. I know that getting stronger requires low reps, heavy weight but exactly how many reps for each exercise? Also, what can I do instead of squats since I don't have a spotter or a squat rack? I have determination, I just need information. Tanks for any kind of help.
