Hi I am a 33 year single christian woman who has 5 children. I want to regain a figure and stamina.I love to walk and dance,So I went looking for a place like this.I was very glad to find this.I hope I can find incouragment from others who have been in here a while.My goal is to get down to 130 lbs,from 189 lbs,firm up muscles in my chest,arms and thighs.I am on the adkins diet.I have already lost much weight on it.Thanks !!!!!!let me know if I can help in any way!
