Hi All -- Joined last week and finally getting around to creating a profile, etc. I have always made my own tracking sheets, searched various web sites for calorie and fitness calculations, and bought books for motivation. FINALLY... one site with all I need plus the personal input of knowledgeable trainers and the support of people like me trying to get and stay fit. I look forward to renewed (and more importantly) lasting commitment.
