I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm married with a beautiful 2 year old daughter and I'm a WAHM. I would love to lose about 40lbs! Before I became pregnant with my daughter, I never had to worry about my weight but then, I got pregnant, gained weight and still haven't lost it. I'm hoping that the exercise routine I got here and my trying to eat better will be just what I need to get back to my old self! I've always literally lived on Sprite so I also plan on trying to start drinking only water (that will be hard, hehehe). If any of you guys have any tips or advice for me, I would be ever so grateful! I look forward to getting to know everyone here! :)
Hi DaisyP - I am new, as well. I used to live on iced tea and now water is my favorite beverage. I avoid tap water especially in the summer due to the chlorine smell and tastes. You might add a slice of lemon to jazz it up in the beginning. Also..having had to children I can sympathize with pregnancy weight gain. Good luck to both of us! :-)
