Hello, I'm new here, I've been reading all the old posts when I can and I have gained so much useful info and inspiration! I hope one day to be an inspiration to others like you are to me!

I'm 35, 5'7 and 243lbs. Getting fit isn't a new years resolution, I started last month and I feel great! I have a TotalGym and a treadmill, and do light yoga daily. I have a subscription to totalgymworkout.com which I do daily also. Beginning next month I'm going to add the exercises from this site to my routine. Right now my body is adjusting to all this activity and would be too much, but I should be good to go by February.

I really love this site, and everyone that I have seen here. You are all beautiful and I will join you one day with a success story of my own!

We are all here for the same reason, and most have the same goals in common. Welcome to the community. Be proud of your new lifestyle and don't be afraid to brag.
