New to the site. Looking to hold true to my New Year's resolution. Hopefully the info that FT has to offer and my new health club (wellness center as UNC healthcare calls it) membership will help me get in shape. A question for the FT vets - Is the info and resources provided by FT for non-bodybuilder types like myself? I just want to lose a few pounds and develop a little definition and strength, specifically for mountain biking this summer. In any case, howdy!
Well yeah most of us here are just like you. There are some that do compete, but all of us are very open to discussion on this topic. Feel free to ask anything you want to or need to. Good Luck!
