Hi all, glad to join this crowd. A couple of questions... I'm having trouble with the nutrition plan - can't enter anything - am I missing a step? Also noticed that reps and weight are filled in on Dumbell Presses.
Small things aside, I've already found lots of helpful information and am dedicated to trying the suggested workout - if only to break up my old routine.
Hi there! The weights being filled in already is a glitch. I can't say I've used the nutrition tracker on here though, a lot of people use fitday.com for that sort of thing.
I actually figured out how to use the nutrition tracker, since I posted the first note - its easier if you read the directions. Just with I could copy one day to the next - 80% of my meals are the same.
