Welcome to the site. Cograts on the 60lb loss.
Doing sit-ups, crunches or any other ab excersise will not remove the fat from that area. I'm not trying to discourage you, and I am not saying to stop doing the excercises either. To get rid of that last bit of fatty tissue, you might have to tweak your diet a bit. One cannot spot reduce.
Your 60lb loss came from everywhere. Did you do this with cardio and weights and diet? please let us know.
Also please fill out your profile, we will be able to be more specific.

Hi slash and welcome, as mentioned you can't spot reduce but one thing in mind if you are doing sit ups and other ab work you are building up muscle under the fat and that can give you the impression you are no longer loosing and in some cases even getting bigger. It is probably just a matter of time, the stomach seems to be the common place where its hardest to get rid of. Don't loose the faith 60 lbs is very impressive congrats and keep going. And fill out your profile.
