HI EVERYONE, I AM NEW TO THE WEB SITE (3 DAYS) AND SO FAR SO GOOD! BOTH MY WIFE AND I ARE TRYING TO LOSE FAT AND I AM GOING TO GAIN MASS, WHILE SHE IS TRYING TO GET LEAN. THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE FOR US IS GOING TO BE EATING RIGHT. THE MAIN 3 MEALS ARE FAIRLY EASY, BUT ITS THE SNACKING! JUNK FOODS ARE CONSTANTLY CALLING OUT (FOR ME GOOD BEER TOO) BUT WE ARE DETERMINED TO DO IT! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! WORK HARD AND SUCCEED!

But it's good to be two so you are doing this together......... Stay strong and determinated and when one wants to snack then the other can help.
Just believe in yourself and you'll get there.

Good luck!

Good to hear you and your wife started a new lifestyle.
Instead of eating 3 meals a day try eating 5-6 smaller ones and use the extras as snacks. Don't forget, there is nothing wrong with a good nutritios snack like a protien bar, or shake. Save the beer for the weekends! :)
Good Luck and welcome
