Hi! I'm a 41 year old mother of one, who just joined up yesterday. I am an experience exerciser looking for a new routine to try, so here I am. This is a great site! I am having trouble though getting the thigh and glute secondary program to download on my exercise program. The secondary ab program downloaded just fine. Does anyone have a suggestion? That's really the area I want to concentrate on!
The only program that shows up as secondary is the ab program. When you select all one of the other adjustments (like extra emphasis on chest or, in your case, glutes and thighs) they are already incorporated into your program.
