Hello everyone. I have tried all kinds of diets and diet pills trying to lose weight. I am not overweight but I am out of shape. I used to weigh 120 lbs but after I got married and moved to AL I have jumped up to roughly 150 lb. Since I can't stand not being able to eat I decided to change my lifestyle and exercise 5 to 6 days a week to get myself at least toned up. I know with the help of this site I will be able to do that and get the abs of steel that I have always wanted.
I signed up on last Tuesday and we couldn't wait for the next week so my husband and I started the workout for this week last week. Now I am stuck because they won't show me what I am supposed to be doing for next week yet so I guess we will just have to do Last week's Workout all over again. Does anyone know when they put out the new workout schedules that you are supposed to be able to view one week in advance?

We are entering week 3 and still going strong. I still can't see any results yet but I guess I will have to wait about 4 to 6 week sbefore we see anything huh?
Hi babypearl, welcome and good luck!! it is nice to see other couples on here, so far it has only been ravenwolf and i that i know of. Just like he says it takes time sometimes to see results, however from my experience, men tend to show some definition more than women at first so be patient. cause when it happens, it happens and boy will you tell the difference. good luck and ask questions if you need any help at all!!!
