ok, i'm an idiot and when I did my exercises today I was logging it into my chart under kgs instead of lbs. now that I fixed my profile for lbs instead of kgs, is there any way to edit the exercises so they say lbs instead of kgs? Next question... what do I put in for the amount of weight when I am doing things without an actual dumbbell, such as the "chin between chairs" or push ups or whatever?? any help would be great :)
