I just entered all of my meals for the day and I am way under the recommended in all areas. Can someone shed some light on how I am supposed to cut fat, but not necessarily the calories. I have been at this for a week and it seems I always come out fine on the fat, but way too short in all the other areas.
Ok heres some good info to remember. Protien =4 cal/grm Carbs and fat=9cal/grm. The idea is to get lean by consuming alot of protien and cutting calories from fat and carbs. Up your protien intake with some supplements or try to eat 5-6 tims a day (smaller meals) I don't know your weight/hgt so its hard to give you good #'s. Hope this helps you. Good Luck
